INTER-CLASS TALENT SHOW COMPETITION

Children’s Day is a special day for children. Its celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister of India, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, whom children lovingly called ‘Chacha’ Nehru. 14th November 2016, being a holiday, Children’s Day was celebrated on 11th November, 2016, in the school premises. To make this day fun filled, the school had organized an Inter-Class Talent Show for the Junior Group of Classes V to VIII. The programme started with garlanding of the portrait of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru by Mrs. Singh, judge, for the competition. The participants enthralled the audience with their varied talents through well-choreographed dance sequences, singing, playing instruments and one- act play, skipping stunts and provided thorough entertainment with their graceful and energetic performances. The audience applauded the efforts of their friends. Some of the children from audience show cased their talents of singing and dancing on the spot. It was truly a Children’s Day as the children enthusiastically participated in comparing, dancing and other activities. All the performances were appreciated by the judges.
