On account of Grandparents Day on 8th August, 15 students of std. X visited Mother Teresa old age home.This old age home is run by Missionaries of Charity for mentally and physically challenged senior citizens.

X A presented a Hindi song for the in-mates. Sakshi Kulkarni from XB expressed her views on importance of grandparents in our society. Simran Thakur and Disha Awate from XC presented a dance.
Sister Yliana, in charge of the old age home shared her views and experience with children. She expressed that the young children who are citizens of tomorrow should know about this segment of society. Students distributed the daily necessities like coconut oil bottles, toilet soaps etc. to the in –mates. Children thanked sister Yliana for giving them opportunity to visit the Old Age Home.
