INTER-HOUSE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT AND SALAD DECORATION

An Inter- House Flower Arrangement and Salad Decoration Competition for the senior group (Std-IX-X), was organized in the school premises. The competition aimed at encouraging creativity and aesthetic sense in the participants and show casing their innate abilities. There were two participants representing each House in Flower Decoration Competition. While, there was one participant, each representing their individual House. The theme for Flower arrangement Competition was ‘25 Years Of Kolhapur Carnival’. The participants used different combinations of flowers to present their artistic skills. The participants of Salad Decoration, used different colourful vegetables to create different artistic forms conveying different messages ranging from ‘Saving Birds’ to ‘Saving Nature’. The judges appreciated the efforts of the students. On the other hand, they also provided them with useful advice, ideas and suggestions to make them excel in their future attempts in such type of competitions.
