Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.” The teacher imparts education hence the role of the teacher is of paramount importance both in the present and future of a student.
To honor the teachers, a program was organized during Assembly on the occasion of Guru Purnima on 19th July 2016. The initiative for the arrangements of the program was taken by the students of std. VII and VIII.
The program commenced with Sharada Pooja and lighting of the lamp by the Principal. It was followed by a speech and song stating the importance of Guru in one’s life by the students.
The program concluded with gaiety all around.
