On 27th June, 2016 after the reopening of the school, the first formal occasion that all the Shivajians witnessed was Investiture Ceremony. On this occasion newly elected and selected office – bearers of the Student Council were formally vested with power and position for the academic year 2016-2017.
Hon. Principal, Supervisor and House Masters handed over the badges to the Head Boy, Head Girl, Prefects, Vice-prefects and Activity prefects who were eagerly waiting to take up their duties. This was followed by oath taking ceremony of the Student Council who took the pledge of just decisions, good management skills and impartiality while discharging their duties. Students of Std. V to XII witnessed this grand occasion with joy and fervour.
Principal, Ms. Jagtap guided the students by her inspiring words and urged them to do their best for the school. The function concluded with the vote of thanks and national anthem.
