SSPM Day School & Jr. College had orgnised Career Forum 2019-20 on 14th January 2020 for the students of Std. XII. The objective of Career Forum was to assist the students in identifying the career options and appropriate higher education routes for each, thus enabling them to determine the steps they need to take to prepare themselves for the competitive world.
Honourable Principal Miss.Shivali Jagtap,SSPM Day School & Jr. College and Principal Dr. P. B. Mane of IOIT College AISSMS inaugurated the event. The event was conducted in two sessions first session for science students and second session for commerce students.
The first session was hosted by Shweta Amale and Enrique Anthony of Std. XIA . Principal Dr. P. B. Mane of IOIT College AISSMS, guided the students on the topic “Carriers in the field of Engineering”.
Dr. Mrs. Honey Tyagi, Assistant Professor (HMCT) AISSMS, briefed the students on the topic “Careers in the Hotel Management and Catering Technology”. Mrs.Shital Patil, Assistant Professor (College of Pharmacy) AISSMS, guided the students on the topic “Careers in Pharmacy”. The session ended with vote of thanks by Enrique Anthony
The second session was hosted by Rishika Mandal and Aayush Gadiya of Std XIC. Dr.Mrs.Gauri Prabhu Associate Prof. of AISSMS Institute of Management guided the students on the topic career opportunities after XII commerce.
Career Forum enabled the students to know about different career options and to choose an appropriate career in future.
The session ended with vote of thanks by Miss. Rishika Mandal.
