Cookery Workshop on “Italian Cookery”.

Group: – SSPM day school & junior college Std-XI Science.

A cookery workshop on “Italian Cookery” was arranged for the students of Std-XI Science by HSC Vocational Cookery Department. Demonstration of Italian dishes like Penne alfredo, Spaghetti arabiata and Macaroni with cheese sauce were given in front of XI Science Students. Demonstration of above italian dishes were given to students i.e. how to boil pasta, what are the different shapes & types of pasta, what are the ingredients used in pasta & their function.

Students learned all the tips of making pasta. It was a learning & interactive workshop for the students. All the queries put up by the students were answered. Students enjoyed the art of cooking. The workshop came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Mrs.Archana Raut, Asst.Teacher.
