Henry Ford was an American industrialist, the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and the sponsor of the development of the assembly line technique of mass production. Although Ford did not invent the automobile or the assembly line, he developed and manufactured the first automobile that many middle class Americans could afford. In doing so, Ford converted the automobile from an expensive curiosity into a practical conveyance that would profoundly impact the landscape of the 20th Century.
30th July is observed as birth anniversary of Henry Ford. On this occasion presentation and lecture was arranged on 31st July for 9th Std. by Mrs. Megha Jadhav, Mr. Sachin Karkande.
Introduction about life history of Henry Ford was given through documentary to the students. After that meaning, history, and present situation of automobile engineering were given through power point presentation and different videos. Lastly scopes in the field of automobile engineering were shown to the students through inspiring video. Same was also explained by Honourable Supervisor Mrs. Vaishali Rao Madam.
The lecture was very informative for the students and threw light on different aspects of automobile engineering.
It was a small effort by the teachers to spread awareness among the students regarding automobile engineering.
