On 10th July 1949, sunil gavaskar, a great personality and the most promising batsman of Indian Cricket Team was born .His contribution to the Indian Cricket has been remarkable .He has is an inspiration to the youth ,who are struggling to make signature in the Indian Cricket. He has made about 10,000 runs in his Cricket Career. He was an opening batsman of Indian Cricket Team during his time.
On account of Sunil Gavaskar’s birthday. The students of S.S.P.M. Day School and Jr college, enthusiastically celebrated his birthday. The students of standard 5th to 8th prepared charts on his life. Video and documentaries were shown to the students Junior and Senior Cricket Team of our school expressed their gratitude towards Sunil Gavaskar. Students also expressed their views on Sunil Gavaskar. This activity refreshed the atmosphere of the school.
