Electronic Waste or E-Waste describes discarded electrical or electronic devices. Used electronics which are destined for reuse, resale, salvage, recycling, or disposal are also considered e-waste. Informal processing of e-waste in developing countries can lead to adverse human health effects and environmental pollution.
To create an awareness about environmental impact and disposal of e-waste material, the PowerPoint Presentation on E-waste Management was arranged by SSPM Day School & Jr. College students on the occasion of Parent Teacher Meeting, for the parents of Std XII, on 29th June 2018.
The objective of presentation was to create consciousness of general environmental & health issues among the people due to increasing amount of E-waste.
