Major Dhyan Chand, the Hockey Legend was born on 29th August 1905. His birthday is celebrated in India as National Sports Day every year. Students of class XI, Ankit Dhawade, Hitesh Parihar and Snehal Soni prepared a Power Point Presentation on life history of Major Dhyan Chand. Different slides related to Dhyan Chand’s childhood memories, joining of army, his famous hockey matches incidents, his world wide fans, his achievements and awards given in his honour etc were explained by the students. The presentation ended with the video showing entire journey of Major Dhyan Chand’s life.
